Hateful Skeptics

May 19, 2017     Issue between DaveHope and myself was settled between the two of us in October, 2015.

Because of free speech, I can be the target of people who disagree with me. Conversely, I have a right; and a duty to defend myself against undue cyberbullying directed towards not only myself, but homeopaths and homeopathic patients who promote it. This matter is newsworthy in that it highlights the purposeful, sustained, malicious nature and lengths to which the Twitter anti homeopathy activists will go. This has included vulgar insults, threats of legal action, even a demand for money.

As I have consistently shown, the insults directed at me were before the DaveHope80 issue. DaveHope was a convenient pawn in the effort by medtek, and others, to stop my free speech about homeopathy on Twitter. Reporting this behavior to Twitter support and Safety has had no effect whatsoever. At least through this blog, I can present the facts and my side of the story.

DISCLAIMER All images and screenshots I have used are posted following the guidelines of the Fair Use Act. Special thanks are due to Google blogger staff; and their legal eagles, for reviewing the blog content (on several occasions) and allowing it to remain active. Finally, I would be remiss if I did not thank all the players who have unwittingly helped me provide my own narrative. Finally, the other side of the narrative, mine, has reared its head.

I have a strong suspicion based on prior communications in 2015, that the screen shot (below) of an email to me was from MetalOllie. It was the third emailed "threat" of legal action against me before he posted his direct threats on my blog. (He has since deleted them, perhaps on the advice of his solicitor in the UK). I would have appreciated a local phone number to contact the attorney, but none was provided. The legal group is not listed anywhere in the State where I live. On 5/9/2017 MetalOllie removed the six threats that were in the comment section of this page. In my opinion, his threats were far from exculpatory.

The two screen shots below contain three harassing "threats" left by MetalOllie. He deleted them. Gooble blogger sends me emails containing comments left on my blog. I save them.
