Lies vs Truth


May 19, 2017     Issue between DaveHope80 and myself was settled between the two of us in October, 2015.

Because of free speech, I can be the target of people who disagree with me. Conversely, I have a right; and a duty to defend myself against undue cyberbullying directed towards not only myself, but homeopaths and homeopathic patients who promote it. This matter is newsworthy in that it highlights the purposeful, sustained, malicious nature and lengths to which the Twitter anti homeopathy activists will go. For me personally, this has included vulgar insults, threats of legal action, even a demand for money.

The issue was settled between the father and myself in October, 2015. In my opinion the "re-broadcasts" of this event by @medtek, @MetalOllie, @1azylizzie, @drpaulmorgan and others has been unduly malicious.



In my opinion, I have a right to defend myself against these continued misrepresentations. The father himself sent me a private direct message that, to me at least, expressed his displeasure surrounding the ensuing crusade against me. My effort to defend myself in this manner may take years, but it is past overdue. The family needs to grieve in a suitable manner without being constantly reminded of this misunderstanding that was settled between myself and the grieving father privately, in October, 2015. The Twitter users @MetalOllie and @medtek had an instrumental hand in starting and continuing the emotional injury to this father. See Metal Ollie's blog posts. Read them carefully. In my opinion, you will be able to see the spin and the real reason this father was chosen to be the poster boy against me and homeopathy. These people had the father so upset that he tweeted this (see image) and included my home address in a private message to me via my blog. (not published here for obvious reasons) He did apologize to me via Twitter DM saying "I would never do that."

April 30, 2017   One of the players in this drama @MetalOllie has threatened me with a law suit, twice in the past 48 hours. He has made his threats public in the comments section at the bottom of the page. I have had sound legal advice.

April 29, 2017 MedTek has continued to misrepresent what happened between a grieving father and myself. You'll see her rant about me pinned to her Twitter page, still there since June, 2016. When someone asks her about it, still and often, she is only too happy to continue the misrepresentation of the actual events and then gives them a link to MetalOllie's blog wherein his potty mouth rants portray his version of what he wants the reader's to believe; rather than what actually happened. I regret that this type of hatred by a single individual can thrive on the internet, but that's protected free speech. Fortunately, this blog is my means to present the facts. Yes, I am prepared for the massive emails to Google blogger and the threat of law suits. It will not be the first time.

May 15, 2017 I've received another childish futile threat of legal action from MetalOllie today. Marked as "spam". Deleted. Kept screen shot.

    I suggest you remove every reference to myself and especially Dave, or I will sue your arse seven ways from Sunday. And if you have any doubts about that, just keep this shit up and see what happens. I will own your house if you don't knock off this harassment of Dave and family. Stop acting like a victim, stop harassing people, get back to promoting your crap, and leave us the hell alone, I've afforded you the politeness of staying away from you, and yet here we are again, my name and Dave's are published, as are the private conversations you supposedly agreed to remove.
    If this isn't gone by the morning, I'm instructing my solicitor to take action. You won't get another warning, just a summons to appear in court. I have a VERY good lawyer, and am more than happy to let them deal with you.

      I am pleased to see that MetalOllie has removed his 4th, 5th and 6th threats, one including my home address and location in the United States. Last year you and several other anti homeopathy activists (more than 10) demanded that Google delete my blog. My blog content was reviewed twice and the content has remained.

    You've been told. You've done nothing. You are nasty, vicious, cruel troll, who harasses the bereaved. My comment was not a threat. It was a cast iron promise. You will be hearing from my solicitor. You can either remove ALL reference to myself and especially Dave and Nic, or I swear, I will see you in court, where I guarantee you will not prevail. I've already been advised that other legal action is potentially pending, and would be only too happy to liaise with the parties concerned. This crap stops. Now.

      Last year when you and other anti homeopathy activists (more than 10) made similar threats, my blog was reviewed and the content has remained.
